Trump’s Son’s Defend His Tweets Against The Mayor Of London
When Trump tweeted openly against the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan, criticizing him for his minimilistic protective mechanisms in place to combat acts of terrorism, the President’s sons Eric and Donald Jr. came out in defense of their father.
Reiterating his statement, the Brothers claimed that London wasn’t doing enough to root out terrorism in the wake of Saturday’s deadly attack.
“We keep appeasing it. And we keep saying, “Okay, it’s gonna be great. We’re gonna hold fast and we’re gonna ‘keep calm and carry on. Maybe we have to keep calm and actually do something,” said Donald Jr.

Replying to the offensive tweets, Mayor Khan wrote, “Severe means an attack across the country is still highly likely, and so we have all got to be vigilant. We aren’t going to allow anybody, whether it’s Donald Trump or anybody else, to divide our communities.”
However, Eric and Trump Jr. were quick to respond saying, “You should be alarmed because this has become the new norm. And it’s not right. And we, as a society, especially as Americans, better do something about it. Maybe rather than the mayor of London attacking, maybe he should do something about it, Maybe he should do something to fix the problem rather than just sit there and pretend there isn’t one.”
Where the two sides contradict each other, Donald Trump Jr. also argued over Khan’s past activities of Trump’s proposed U.S. travel ban on people from six Muslim majority countries.
